We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. See delivery of goods in the terms of sale.

The estimated dispatch time is shown at checkout. In any case we'll deliver within 30 days of accepting your order unless we agree a different date with you. If it's late, contact us.

Sign in and open your orders. Each order shows its status, tracking details once it has been dispatched, and any downloads.

Tell us and we'll send a replacement or refund you. Goods are our responsibility until they're delivered to you. See section 6 and section 9.

You can cancel an order for goods within 14 days of receiving them. Downloads can be cancelled within 14 days of your order, but not once the download has started. See your right to change your mind, including the model cancellation form.

You're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Tell us what's wrong; see section 9. If we can't sort it out, you can make a complaint.

After you've paid, open the order in your orders while signed in. You can download as many times as you like. See digital products.

Use reset your password. We'll email you a link.

Check your spam folder, then ask for another one.

Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or switch it off in your account. You'll still get messages about your orders and account.

Our privacy notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Not yet. Painter profiles are for information only, and you can't commission or pay a painter through the site. When commissions open we'll publish terms for them first.

Apply with your details and some pictures. We check every application and everything you add afterwards. Read the painter terms first.
